I am not sure a lot of people know this, but there is a small gift shop right on the premises of the Basilica. It will be on your way to climbing the dome cupola , to the right hand side, right before you get to the elevator. The gift shop is run by the nicest Catholic Nuns I have ever encountered!! At last, through a special door available only if accompanied by a licensed tour guide, you will reach the largest Catholic church in the world: St.
